After agreement for a RR.Phantom, they pulled out. The reason was a higher bid from a other customer. A bit noisy. After a while they find that the other customer should not buy. Again they would sell to me. I asked if the electric windows on the car did work. They answered "yes they all do". But, two windows didn't work. I have paid a lot extra for window repair here in Norway. Beyond this, the Rolls-Royce condition did not disappoint. Neither Anthony's follow-up.
